Academic Subject Tutoring
We understand the anxiety and urgency that is often associated with coursework and exams during the academic year. We will work directly with the course materials that your son or daughter is using. Unlike many tutoring services that provide only generalized help in a subject, our goal is to help our student succeed in a given class. If desired, we will also make every effort to develop a line of communication with your child’s teacher in order to enhance our overall effectivenes.

Standardized Test Preparation
We will provide a comprehensive program with proven test-taking strategies that builds on your student’s strengths, while targeting his or her weaknesses. Instructors are available to help with high school, college, and professional school entrance exams, including, but not limited to:

Organizational and Study Skills
Note-taking, reading and study skills, time management, and organizational strategies are all critical components of the learning process. Addressing weaknesses in these areas is always a part of our tutoring process. Sometimes, these are the primary areas of concern. In these cases, we can aid students in developing more effective and focused study habits that can improve performance across the curriculum.
